At this time the RAPD is accepting applications from residents of the Town of Randolph. Please follow the application instructions below.

After the application and interview process is done, the decision will be made as to whether the Auxiliary Police Officer Candidate will be sponsored by the Randolph Auxiliary Police Department to attend the following Training Program.

Training Requirements Auxiliary Police Officer Candidate will also be required to attend a Uniform Inspection. Please note that Duty-Belt, Boots and Weapon are the responsibility of the Auxiliary Police Officer Candidate to purchase, as well as, all tuitions incurred during the Training Process. Basic Uniforms will be provided.

If you complete this process, please be advised there are no "reimbursements" for any and all costs that are incurred, during the process, to included but not limited to, equipment, mileage, tuition, fees, or any other costs.

Mail the application to the Randolph Auxiliary Police Department (Attn: Recruitment Division). Also, please include an updated resume with cover letter and (3) three letters of reference. Please note that the application must me notarized.

Within the body of your Cover Letter state the reason(s) that you would like to be considered for an Auxiliary Police Officer position. Also please include ALL of your training and education certificated and documents (i.e. Diplomas, CPR/AED cards, First Responder Certificates, Firearms License to Carry, Driver's License, etc.).
